1) Therefore, the #1 reason why the ruling party needs to be voted out of Marine Parade GRC is because Marine Parade has not been contested since 1992. A whopping 19 years!!! That also means, that based on a certain someone's comments, these people were not voted in based on meritocracy. They were uncontested, untested and just like the lovely bimbo-ish 27 year old, rode in on the coat-tails of more established politicians.

2) GCT. When you vote him in, together comes a $3.5 million salary (which by the way has all the possibility of being increased).

LHL talked about an "A" Team a few days ago. Does the leader of the self proclaimed "A" Team need hand holding?

USA - Barack Obama - no Senior President, no President Mentor. Population: 308 million

UK -David Cameron - no Senior Minister, no Minister Mentor. Population: 62 million

Japan - Naoto Kan - no Senior Minister, no Minister Mentor. Population: 128 million

France - Francois Fillon - no Senior Minister, no Minister Mentor. Population: 66 million

Germany - Angela Merkel - no Senior Chancellor, no Chancellor Mentor. Population: 82 million

Singapore, with a population of 5.5 million people, has a Prime Minister that has not one, but TWO people holding his hand. He, who leads the "A" Team needs his father and the seat warmer to hold his hand. Is something wrong with the "A" Team? If so, maybe we should be getting rid of the ENTIRE "A" Team.

GCT is in a completely useless and redundant position. All he is doing is wasting taxpayer's money in the sum in excess of $3.5 million a year. That money could be easily spread around to the poor lesser mortals. It could make up for the severely raided resources if HDB should decide to re-peg it's prices. It could pretty much do 3.5 million things.

He has enjoyed enough of the taxpayers money since he was done warming the seat for LHL. It is time for him to go look for his own job. Move on.
